SquidSeed talks only to the servers you point it at. There is no SquidSeed account, no backend, and no intermediary — the app connects from your phone straight to your own machines, and it is empty until you give it an address.

Paste a magnet, or open a .torrent from Files and pick SquidSeed. Tap a magnet link in a browser and it hands straight over.
Tag a download and SquidSeed sets its save path to the matching Jellyfin library folder, so the file lands where your server is already looking.
Search across names, tags and save paths at once. Release names are full of dots and underscores, so “evil dead” finds Evil_Dead_burn_2026.
The usual controls, with the destructive ones spelled out: removing files is separated from removing the listing, and each says what it will do before it does it.
SquidSeed ships with no torrent index, no search facility, no catalogue, no trackers and no pre-configured servers. It cannot find content on its own and none is bundled with it. What you download, and whether you have the right to, is your decision and your responsibility.
